It seems that your accommodation experience was generally pleasant; we receive your comments of certain features with an openness for improvement. We appreciate your great feedback regarding our rooms’ standards, cleaning performance of our housekeeping colleagues, as well as the amazing service team. Thank you for stating that our rooms are not thinly soundproofed! We understand that certain facets of your vacation, as hotel’s location and our cuisine’s appeal to you, were below your expectations. Regarding the location, we strive to provide accurate information, consistent with our area’s features. It’s a pity some visitors do not explore our town’s surrounding beauties to the extent that they deserve (the magnificent Paleo Karlovassi with the cave of St. Antonios, Potami beach with its crystal clear waters, waterfall , old castle and ambient places and bistrot bars, Megalo and Micro Seitani locations, the traditional neighborhoods of our town center). Our town’s centre presents a large variety of tastefully made shops, franchise stores, a square of life-bursting activity, with a much acknowledged Aegean University, visited for studies and conferences from researchers and scholars from all over the world. Within a walking distance from the contemporary town one finds the site of the tannery factories industrial area of the previous century, when Karlovassi thrived in this activity, being known at the whole of Europe for exporting leather. The frontal street of St. Nikolaos church, with some old and renovated mansions of the time and the majestic churches showcase the nostalgic grandeur of that period. We constantly urge our guests to energize themselves and explore Samos island, since it offers a fascinating mixture of experiences, nature, pristine beaches and views, tastes, culture, unique antiquities and local products to bring back home. We actually provide ample information, material and directives for that. Regarding the food appeal to you, we are sorry if this was not as expected, our usual feedback for our buffet’s selection is quite positive, covering one’s needs. Your impression regarding the quality of the drinks is duly noted, we will review the beverage options. The same stands for the pool area seating and mix of sports and entertainment.
