Louis Althea Beach Hotel

Dear guest, We would like to thank you for holidaying at the Louis Althea beach and for sharing your opinion on Holidaycheck. We were heartbroken by the severity of your review and by the fact that your expectations were not met by our hotel. In regards to the bedding arrangement of your daughter, we only wish you had informed us while you were here as we would have been happy to find a solution for you. With respect to your remark concerning the sunbeds on the beach, please be informed that nowhere is advertised that the beach in front of the hotel is private or operated by the hotel. We couldn't have done that, as all beaches in Cyprus are public and are operated by the local authorities. The charge is the same in all beaches, €2.50 per sunbed & €2.50 for the umbrella, not €5 as you have mentioned. We are surprised by your remark regarding our cuisine as we strive hard to offer a buffet of a consistent quality and variety, which is usually very much appreciated by our guests. Regarding the staff service; we will look into this as we are surprised to hear your comments towards our team that usually receives much praise from our guests. As for the fence in the playground, we would like to inform you that was fixed two weeks ago. Louis Hotels have many other hotels in Cyprus and Greece so perhaps you will find another Louis Hotel more pleasing.
