Kein 5 Sterne Hotel. Es entstand der Eindruck ( nicht nur bei uns auch bei anderen Gästen ) dass All Inklusiv Gäste nicht gerne gesehen werden. Kellner reagierten erst auf Ansprache bei All In Gästen.Gebuchtes Doppelzimmer war schlecht gereinigt und in einem abgenutzten Zustand. Auf Verlangen nach einem anderen Zimmer wurden 300,- Euro zusätzlich berechnet. Da konnte selbst die Reiseleitung nichts machen. WLAN ist angeblich frei, nein 15,- Euro die Woche für den Zugangscode. Vier Fremdsprachen werden angegeben, wir haben Deutsch vermisst obwohl viele Deutsche im Hotel waren. Bettwäsche wurde erst nach unserer Beschwerde nach 4 Tagen gewechselt

We would like to inform you that we genuinely value our guests’ comments and regret when their expectations are not fully met. Regarding the first issue you kindly brought to our attention we would like to inform you that our hotel always seeks to maintain the very highest standards of quality and service to each guest of ours, either it is all inclusive, either bed & breakfast or a half board. We don’t think that the package that our guest will choose determines the attitude of well trained professional employees that work in hotel industry for a lot of years. As for room, we would like to emphasize that, after your complain, we immediately inform you that we can upgrade your standard room to superior with an extra charge of 50€ per day, or like you said 300€ for 6 days of your stay at it. You agreed, and change the room immediately. The next day, on your meeting with the guide, you told that it is a big disappointment to have to pay 300€ more for whole stay . You were kindly explained that it was an upgrade with an extra charge, and that there is a difference in the price between standard double and superior room. You accepted it. Our hotel offers to its guests every day 2 hours free of charge internet. You had a wifi free of charge during your whole stay! On the code you took for using it there was an information with the price for those who pay the internet, not for you! In all inclusive package the internet is free of charge. We have to say that we are very proud of our housekeeping department, as we always have the best words of praise from our guests! In every room there is a written information, translated in German as well, about changing the sheets and towels. You could read that, because of ecological reasons, we change towels and sheets every two days. Upon request our valued guests’ we can change it every day. More precisely your sheets were being changed every two days, except on 03/10 when you had a red card for some reason, and our maids in that case couldn’t enter the room. You were kindly explained by our reception desk about it, and the same day, on 03/10 in the afternoon, the maids went and cleaned your room. As a hotel that takes great pride in tradition of excellence, we hope that you will visit us agin in the future, having the opportunity to enjoy in overall your holidays, like our previous guests.
