I am delighted to hear that you enjoyed our spacious rooms, the beautiful views, and the exceptional service at our pool. Your kind recognition of our team is truly appreciated. I am, however, concerned to learn that certain elements of your breakfast experience did not meet the expectations you had based on your previous visit. I would like to clarify that our live cooking stations remain part of our offering; their location simply changes seasonally for guest comfort. During the summer months, the station is situated inside the restaurant at the corner, while in the cooler winter season it is placed on the outdoor terrace. Regarding the juices, I regret any misunderstanding. All juices served at breakfast are prepared fresh daily. That said, we are always pleased to cater to requests for freshly squeezed juices should guests prefer them, and our team is happy to arrange this at any time. Please be assured that your comments have been shared with our culinary and operational teams, as guest feedback plays a vital role in ensuring the high standards we aspire to maintain.
