We regret to hear that you were disappointed in regards to beach towels, please note that we have in place procedures for guests to pay a refundable deposit on beach towels which was explained to you by our receptionist. We would like to assure you that the money is realized automatically in your bank account 14 days after the preauthorization. Kindly check with your bank if the money is already in your account.
