Regarding the lifeguard, we would like to inform you that we do have a certified lifeguard on staff, though it is not required by Greek law to have them stationed at the pool at all times. However, we prioritize guest safety and monitor all facilities regularly. As for the language barrier, we completely understand the inconvenience. While our staff primarily communicates in English, which is recognized as the international language, we always strive to provide clear and effective service to all our guests.
