Dear Mr. Klaus, We would like to thank you for your comments regarding your stay in our hotel. We are very sorry that you did not inform us of your problem. I am sure that we would have fixed it and make your holidays with us enjoyable.We very soory to hear that our buffet menu did not meet you expectations. We have a large veriety of differnt items in our buffets daily(soups, antpasti, red and white meat, vegadables, fish, fresh salads and fresh fruit as well veriety of desserts and ice cream)and we are very concerned that we did not satisfied your palate. I wish you had contaced me in oredr to give a solution to your needs. As for sports and entertainement we do have a Gym as well soft Animation program, however we will investigate and take actions regarding your comments pointed out.
