Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your recent stay at Almar Timi Ama. We are pleased to know that you appreciated our unique location and beach service, as well as the friendliness and helpfulness of our staff. However, we are genuinely sorry to hear that your experience did not fully meet your expectations, particularly with regard to the room size, furnishings, and our culinary offering. We would like to clarify that the majority of our rooms and suites were fully refurbished between 2024 and 2025, adopting a contemporary and fresh style. Our inventory of renovated rooms is very extensive, with sizes ranging from a minimum of 20 up to 95 square metres, and with balconies and terraces also varying considerably in size. We appreciate your comments regarding storage space and will certainly take them into consideration as we plan future improvements. We regret that you found the temperature of our hot dishes at times insufficient and the overall selection to be average. Please rest assured that our kitchen team at the buffet is committed to providing a varied and high-quality menu, and your feedback will be shared directly with our Chef so that we can address these concerns.
