Habe letzte Ostern 2022 im Reisebüro Ruefa gebucht. Und wurde nicht darauf hingewiesen dass zu der Zeit Ramadan ist. Ich durfte nicht ins Pool. Das Buffet ab 19h war zwar gut doch kostete es 41 Euro. Tagsüber hatte die ganze Gastro zu incl. Fastfood. Gerade zwei Starbucks waren offen. Es sollte in der Hotelbeschreibung stehen dass bei Ramadan alles im Hotel an Freizeitgestaltung geschlossen ist. Ich war sehr enttäuscht 😞.

Regarding your comments, kindly note that during the holy month of Ramadan, bars are closed until the end of the month, most restaurants are closed in the morning as it is not allowed to eat, drink and smoke in public but hotel restaurants are open and operate normally. Regarding the swimming pool, it was closed due to the weather as it was still cold and windy. Rituals of the holy month of Ramadan are applied in all Islamic countries and published all over the internet.
