Yes, with this strange Covid-19 situation of this year, your kind words on our Team as “friendly, and perfectly prepared”, make us feel proud and delighted, since it is them who deserve the praise for all these years of going the extra mile and attention to ensure that “everything is possible” for enhancing and satisfying every request and need our Guests may have, showing their genuine attention and enthusiasm, even “behind face masks”. Besides, under the circumstances of this year, we are truly thankful for your understanding and trust to help us ensure that all the guidelines and measures released in the Health and Safety Protocole by the Greek according Ministries, as well as the Internal Protocole and Plan are followed by the line in order to restrict and even eliminate the spread of the virus to Guests, our Team, our collaborators and the Community . Your acknowledgment is encouraging and motivating to keep on our efforts for “implementing the hygiene concept” and ensuring your travel experience is still relaxing, calm and memorable, but safe at the same time! Considering Food as one of our top priorities, I am truly happy you found Food here “delicious, rich and varied” , hoping you enjoyed the wide choice of meat, fish, salads, olives, grills, stews, pasta, fruit from the Mediterranean and Asian Cuisine, at “Heliades” Restaurant terrace, with the magnificent views of the of the Aegean blue, or the amazing view of the Sunsets. I am sure you did not miss tasting items from the “Greek Breakfast Corner”, certified by the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels, with locally grown products such as yoghurt, honey, nuts, fruit, vegetables and you spoiled yourself with “Loukoumathes” the little bite-sized fluffy sweet honey puffs, or “Melekouni” the traditional, since antiquity, Rhodian honey, sesame seed cinnamon and thyme treat like nougat, originally offered to weddings, baptisms and feasts ! I am really glad you enjoyed the benefits of the location of the hotel being on the west side of the island, and yet only a few minutes’ drive from the historical Medieval City , having the pleasure of the gentle, summer breeze when it is scorching hot in other places of the island ! In the meantime, it is wonderful to see that that you enjoyed the “luxury” of absorbing the Rhodian Sunrays, swimming in the endless crystal clear sea waters of the 50 shades of the Aegean blue at the privately owned beach, which is recently awarded with the Blue Flag for participating in the international programme for caring for the environment, and you had the chance to enjoy the convenience of the underway passage for going there! I hope you had the chance of spotting loggerhead “Caretta-Caretta” sea turtles, or schools of flying fish, a common thrilling scene in the area throughout the summers, when at the beach!
