On these grounds we are truly glad for acknowledging our efforts to ensure all the necessary measures and precautions released by the Greek government for effectively managing to limit or even eliminate the spread of Covid-19 to our Guests, our employees and our collaborating visitors are applied and implemented. We truly thank you for supporting our efforts for the Health and Safety of All and for joining in the application of these measures and followed all guidelines noted in our internal Protocole given at the Reception counter upon your check-in, which include :temperature check upon arrival and occasionally before entering the Restaurants, sanitation and fogger disinfection of rooms before arrival, activities mainly in open air areas with limited number of participants, keeping social distance with each other, seating at Restaurants at specific distances, service of food at the buffet by employees only, to avoid using high-touch utensils, obligatory use of face masks when in lifts, frequent disinfection of tables, chairs, deck chairs around the pools and the beach , touch- free hand sanitation stations and a lot others . In the meantime, having our concern to continuously trying to improve our facilities and the surroundings to make your stays exceptional, creating memories to last for many years and to ensure this vision and objective, a Team of professionals and expertise on the hotel industry were pulled together to accomplish the renovation project, which is effective in operation as from April 2019, including complete renovation and refurbishment of the majority of our rooms, the Lobby and Reception Area, the surroundings and the Gardens, the Main Restaurant, the top-eleven Restaurant and Bar . We are really thrilled you enjoyed all the upgrades, and we are firmly confirming you will experience a number of more others on your next visit here! I hope your exploration of the island included Kalithea Springs, the site, well-known since antiquity for the healing properties of the thermal springs, you felt the magic of the place which starred in the cinematography ,chosen as the natural setting for many local and international film productions during the 60s, and you visited the historical buildings with the unique architecture standing just before the picturesque beach lying below .
