Dieses Hotel hat eine Qualität von einer 3 Sterne Hotel. Wir haben als Ultra gebucht, aber ein 3 Sterne Hotel hat sogar mehr anzubieten. Dieses Hotel hat bei jedem Ding gespart, wieso habe ich dann Ultra gebucht? Ich fühle mich verarscht. Beispielsweise ist das Zimmer nicht ansatzweise wie auf dem Foto. In diesem Hotel kommen nur Leute aus einem Verein. Wir bezahlen Ultra Preis und die Leute aus dem Verein nicht, jedoch bekommen wir das gleiche Bedienung. Ich könnte noch viel mehr sagen, die Zeichen reichen mir aber nicht aus.

Die Suppe den wir am Abendessen bekommen, bekommen wir auch als Snack am Nacht. Es gibt nur Suppe als Snack.

The hotel have only one concept and that is Ultra All Inclusive. All of our guests are paying for this concept. So as hotel management, we are serving equally to all of our guests. All guests before reserving the hotel are able too see all details about hotel facility and the room details from online websites. All guests are having exactly what they reserved. The guests could see the hotel concept during the reservation so the night soup means the soup.
