Sehr Erholsamer Urlaub, ein bischen abseits von der Stadt,leider keine 5 Sterne Hotel Ein gutes 3 Sternehotel.Die Bungalows sind schön, wir waren erst im Haupthaus, da kam ich mir vor wie in einer Jugendherberge ,im Bad war viel kaputt und es war dreckig. Dank der Reiseleitung durften wir umziehen in ein Bungalow. Leider wird dort kein Deutsch gesprochen was eine Reklamation sehr schwierig gestaltet
Haupthaus geht gar nicht Die Bungalows sind schön mit einer kleinen Terasse.Etwas hellhörig, man hört die Nachbarn
Viel Auswahl, aber leider gibt es jeden Tag das selbe Essen und dann noch lauwarm
Könnte besser sein für ein 4 Sterne Hotel. Mann muss sich alles selber holen .Putzfrauen sehr nett und fleißig
Schön ruhig gelegen mit einem Hotel eigenen Strand und einen schönen langen Steg

Dear Ms. Claudia Seyfried; We would like to thank you for sharing your holiday experience. As hotel management, during your stay, we did everything we could do for making your holiday better and we don't think that we deserve 4/6 stars for our services. We explained to you that what you saw on the faucets wasn't mold but the water stains as the water in Didim is very heavy calcareous water, and we cleaned them immediately. The front office management gave you the hotel standard room as you made hotel standard reservation, the agencies are showing all guests the room type photographs so the guests are making their own decisions. None of our guests have ever complaint that the hotel buildings decoration was like a hostel. When you came to see us for a room change, as the hotel was available, we showed you the rooms and you decided your own new room. The main restaurants program is changing every 2 weeks. So during your stay you could have feedback the guest relations department for what you would like to see as meal, as the hotel is welcoming many different cultures we are trying to be equal to all tastes. After leaving a satisfaction letter to the hotel management, it seems interesting to us that you decided after long time to write in 2 places your review in one day.
