Wir hatten für 10 Tage gebucht und sind nach 5tagen abgereist. Die Anlage sehr Schön der Strand auch. Der Rest eine Katastrophe. Die Wc am Pool dreckig überall voll geschissene Klopapier. Der Pool ist nicht Chlor sonder Kalk wir mussten zum Friseur damit wir unsere Haare wieder kämmen können. 5 Nächte und unsere Bettwäsche wurde nicht einmal neu bezogen. Service gleich null alles muss man selber machen Plastik besteck und Teller. Essen am Pool immer das gleiche teilweise kalt und ungesalzen. Die Wc hat man versucht zu reparieren aber alle total mangelhaft. Klo bürste total abgenutzt und ekelhaft. Am Pool sind die liegen und die Sonnenschirme kaputt kümmert sich keiner drum. Alters Gruppe 0-4 Jahre und 50-60 Jahre Also nix für Jugendliche. Ich empfehle es niemandem gibt euer Geld nicht dafür aus. Und keine 5 Sterne wenn überhaupt 3-4
Klimaanlage direkt über dem Bett die Hochbetten Für kinder die 14-16 sind unstabil mussten jeden Abend die Matratze auf dem Boden tun damit die Kinder schlafen konnten.

Dear Mr. Nevruz ARSLAN; During your stay, you never complaint to the guest relations or your representative; also when you made your early check-out and the receptionists asked you the reason, you stated that your family was making a Turkey Tour so you had to be on your next stop so that’s why you were checking-out. When the guests are making reservation for our facility, it is shown them all hotel facility and the rooms. So all guests are well aware that in some of our rooms there are bunkbeds. Also if you read about the concept, it is mentioned that everything in the facility is self-served but still our staff is mostly trying to help our guests too. If you came to us during your stay and inform us what was broken we would have been fix immediately. After the closure of the hotel till opening we are working in the facility and when we open it, everthing is fully functional. The food’s temperature is under control by the food &hygiene engineer and a nutritionist. The taste or salt ammount must be under control too. Every person has it’s own subjective ways to eat. We are serving over 900 dishes to guests at the main restaurant plus Snack bar, Beach bar and gözleme. Animation team program could be reachable from the billboards and also they are making announcement and animators are explaining and calling the guests almost one by one. If you prefered to be at the beach side you would miss the Daily program. Every night, we have an entertainment Show and plus live music. Our housekeeping team is cleaning commun toilets each 15-20 min. And if there was a problem you could share this information with us and we could clean them again. The pool test results are just fine and the chemicals that we are using in it is on the legal edge. plastic or recycle tools are mendatory near the pool side for preventing the injuries could be caused by glass.
