Wir wurden herzlich und kompetent empfangen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zimmerservice usw war in Ordnung. Anfangs gab es kleine Orientierungsschwierigkeiten , weil die Anlage sehr weitläufig ist. Die Saunalandschaft ist ganz toll-die Themenaufgüsse teils spektakulär. Das Wasser in den Pools ist leider kein Thermalwasser und daher etwas kühl. Das Angebot beim Frühstücksbüffet ist groß- für jeden Geschmack ist etwas dabei. Sehr freundliche Bedienung. Für ein Wellnesswochenende ideal-wir kommen wieder.
