Keine Kulanz Wir standen 7 Stunden im Stau könnten wir nicht fliegen Hab das Hotel gebeten, aus Kulanz, uns die gleiche Reservierung für ein anderes Datum zu bestätigen und wir würden sogar darauf zahlen Haben die ohne Kommentar abgelehnt

Dear Mr. Afshin, Further to your comments, we are surprised to read that you have written a review for a hotel, which you haven't even visit or stay. As you have chosen to make your booking, though a third party/agent, your reservation had a special condition of a non refundable policy. We were informed by your agent, that you will not be arriving, the day of your arrival, late in the evening, without any explanation and without any request that you wish to change your reservation, with the result of keeping the room for the whole stay, instead.
