    Schlecht

Für ein 5 Sterne -Hotel erwarte ich mehr Sauberkeit, Komfort nicht daß wir unsere Betten selber machen müssen. Innerhalb 1 Woche wurden die Betten nicht einmal frisch bezogen. Das Handtücher wechseln hat nicht geklappt. Schmutzige Handtücher wurden mitgenommen aber keine sauberen hingelegt.
