Ich war voriges Jahr das erste mal mit meiner Tochter in diesem Hotel. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Dieses Jahr ist es das reinste Chaos. Das Zimmer sehr klein und von der Decke im Bad läuft das Wasser runter. Schimmel im Zimmer und habe auch gegenüber den vorigen Jahr mehr bezahlt und ein schlechteres Zimmer bekommen. Noch dazu kommt das wir aus den Koffer leben, da es im Kasten keine Fächer gibt. Das Essen ist sehr gut.

When our valued guests express disappointment is like we are letting our selves down and I am humbly extending our apologies. With the Room situation we have many types of rooms starting from 21cm to 32cm. Obviously the prices vary as well. Please if you wish to, email me at epapapetrou@atlanticahotels.com your booking reference number, as I truly like to know why by paying more this time you have received a smaller room. Your contribution to my investigation will be greatly appreciated. Our repeat guests contribution to our efforts to extend service excellence is paramount. A mention has been made about "mold" in your room. Speaking with my Chief Engineer he advised me that, what was on the ceiling of your bathroom is discoloration of the metal ceiling from the mist which was created when you were having showers. What we have identified is that the bathroom's extractor fun was not strong enough to extract the mist and this is why the discoloration occurred. Please allow me to mention that the last 2 years we have received Gold Awards from TUI Nordic and TUI UK, for Excellent Hotel Cleaning. Our hard working Housekeeping ladies spare every effort to ensure all our guests enjoy a clean environment during their Holiday with us. Dear Repeat Guest, your patronage is very important to us.
