We apologise for the discomfort you experienced with the pool temperature during windy conditions and the noise from the Marina bar at night. We understand that a peaceful environment is essential for a relaxing stay, and we regret that this affected your sleep. We will look into what can be done to mitigate the noise disturbance. We are very sorry to hear that you and your companion experienced gastrointestinal issues during and after your stay.
