Von der Anlage her ein wunderschönes Hotel mit gutem Service und sehr freundlichem Personal. Das Frühstück war enthalten und das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und man konnte dabei das schöne Ambiente auf der Terrasse genießen. Was negative auffiel waren jedoch die hohen Preise in den Restaurants für die sonstigen Mahlzeiten, insbesondere auch was die Getränke wie beispielsweise Bier oder Wein anging. Das war schon echt heftig, da könnte man das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis wirklich verbessern, zumal es an Alternativen ausserhalb der Anlage mangelt.

Dear Susanne, Thank you for taking the time to post your feedback. I am delighted to read that you enjoyed your stay in the unique nature setting of our resort. Unfortunately, the remoteness of Bintan Tourism Area, which allows pristine beaches and unspoiled nature does also increase costs due to transportation costs of suppliers and taxes imposed by the authorities as we can not directly import from Singapore and rely on the other port of Indonesia. Let me assure you that I am currently working actively to get a better quality product with a better price. It is unfortunate that the information of our 101 Things To Do was not properly conveyed to you during your stay with us to give you almost endless options of activities to enjoy in our resort.
