What you loved Culinary experience – Our kitchen brigade takes great pride in preparing abundant, varied dishes, so your praise for both quality and quantity is deeply appreciated. Entertainment balance – We aim to provide activities that enhance, not intrude upon, relaxation, and it is wonderful to hear we struck the right tone. Guest rooms & service – Your comments on our modern accommodation, rooftop bar, and staff who “fulfil every wish” reaffirm our commitment to delivering effortless hospitality. Where we can improve Pool and stair handrails – Your safety suggestion is well taken. However our Pool has a point that is not shallow at all, assist entering it without an issue Minibar – To support our eco-initiative, guestrooms are stocked with complimentary bottled water and can be equipped with a minibar on request. We will clarify this option more clearly in pre-arrival information. Resort setting – While our secluded beachfront guarantees tranquillity, we understand the desire for nearby shops and attractions. Our concierge can arrange taxis for close by Acharavi and Kassiopi or rental cars at any hour. Your feedback helps us refine both the comforts you already enjoy and the details that need attention.
