Dear Mr. Wolfgang, Greetings from Berjaya Langkawi Resort! I am in receipt of your recent review about your stay experience with us. I would like to thank you for spending your precious time detailing your recent stay experience with us. I am dismayed to read that not all was flawless with your stay. I took note of your comment about the room assigned to you has no sea view. A quick check on your booking confirmation provided by your booking agent revealed that it was made for a family chalet thus we assigned a room as per the confirmed booking. Mr. Wolfgang, all our family chalets are located in the rain forest and we had assigned the room as per the booking. Your Feedback on the slow service delivery by the Food & Beverage team was disappointing. I have since instructed the head of department for a thorough review of their processes and procedures to retrain our service associates to avoid such failures in future. I sincerely thank you for your feedback as it is immensely valuable and helpful in our effort to be better. Once again, my renewed apologies.
