Das Personal allgemein und die Kollegen an der Rezeption war super nett und hilfsbereit, aber an der Rezeption hat uns zum Fehlen der deutschsprachigen Fernsehprogramme nicht die Wahrheit gesagt. Erst hieß es, ein Techniker müsse kommen, später kam heraus, das es schon länger nicht funktionierte. Warum eine "Kika" Kanal in einem Hotel nur für Erwachsene funktioniert und alle anderen Programme (z.B. ZDF, ARD, 3Sat...) nicht, ist aufgrund einer sehr guten Internetleitung schwer nachzuvollziehen. Zu loben ist ein super WLAN bis runter zum Strandbereich, sehr saubere Toiletten am Pool und am Strand und das Restaurant.
