We appreciate your time for writing a review and to let us know your comments, which are very treasured for us. let us explain some points regarding your remarks, first of all stating of this year so many renovation has been made for the hotel with new Management Blend it was not there before 2022. 1- rooms types added and soft renovation in rooms. 2-full renovation for lobby bar and reception area. 3- free wi fi in lobby and lobby bar. 4- sofra oriantal a la cart restaurant one time free per stay for all Guests. 5- Hush burger a la cart restaurant one time free per stay for all Guests. 6- upgrade for All inclusive restaurant and snack during the day on beach. 7- full renovation for health & spa center and Gym. Concerning your remarks about Front office staff did not change , they are the same staff since 2019 and they are friendly and professional. Concerning your remarks about the jetty closure, we would like to explain to you that the jetty closed for annual maintenance, also all tour operator has been informed enough time before guest arrival However the hotel arrange alternative service for one of the best snorkeling spots (Marsa Egla) Nature reserve .with free shuttle bus 3 times per day with free soft drink on the beach (water and juices). Meanwhile the jetty ready for operation and it is already used by all guest in house.
