Dear Mr. Tibor thank you for your comment above, we would like to explain some point for you. * regarding the food was very healthy , in the same period of your wife was sick we was having more than 450 person in house . we did not receive a single complaint about it. * as soon as we received your call about your wife case, the hotel clinic made a visit to your room and stay with her 3 hours till she got better , then she get 2 follow up , blood test, Medical treatment , IV Infusion , IV injections , ETC.... you got a medical report about all that details and treatment cost , when you was in hotel.also the clinic is a privet , it's mean that not belong to the Hotel. * regarding the electric problem , it was a force major in Marsa Alam city. hotel has do his best to make all guest feel not harmed,The hotel management available around the O clock to take any feedback from our guests during their stay and take the necessary action , and we did our best to satisfied as we did a party for all guest . finally we wish that you get the whole situation .
