Keine 5 Sterne. Maximal 2-3 Sterne. Hygiene und Strand und Essen sind eine Zumutung. Personal unfreundlich. Auf Beschwerden würde nicht eingegangen. Wir würden alle Krank vom Essen, die Restaurants arbeiten nicht sauber

    Dear Sabrina, Thank you for your detailed comments and for choosing to stay at our hotel for your holidays. We are sorry to hear you were not entirely satisfied with all aspects of the hotel. We apologize if you felt that service lacked at any point and we thank you for informing us. We have forwarded your comment to the relevant department. Our personnel is very dedicated to offer their best service and we have not had any complaints, on the contrary, the guests seem satisfied with the staff and the service they provide. It is always our pleasure to communicate with our guests and be as accommodating and attentive in order to meet their expectations. Regarding the gastroenteritis, this was viral for a few days in the hotel and also outside of the hotel during this period. In the hotel we took all possible actions to avoid further spreading of the virus within our premises. The hygiene level in the hotel is high but in addition special attention was given to cleaning and disinfection in all areas and more extra hand sanitizers were placed in public areas. In the hotel we follow the HACCP regulations very carefully. For the guests that were infected we offered to see the hotel doctor and offered the diet described from the doctor and also room service was offered.
