Dear Mirko, Thank you for choosing to stay with us for your holidays and for taking the time to share your comments. We are sorry to hear that we didn’t manage to meet your expectations on certain aspects and we will take into consideration your comments and forward them to the relevant departments for evaluation. In regards to the food we apologize if you were not satisfied. We hope you had the opportunity to try the full selection of our restaurants in order to add more variety to your meals. Kindly note that the hotel offers 5 restaurants and 2 a la carte restaurants providing a wide variety of menus and dishes including Greek, Italian, Chinese and Mediterranean cuisine. There is also a daily rotation in the menus. We believe that we offer good quality and something to satisfy everybody’s taste and we are sorry to hear that you this was not to your satisfaction. Please note in regards to our all inclusive drinks that all cocktails include famous brands and are selected after careful consideration in order to cover all tastes. Concerning the extra charge of drinks at the Chinese and Italian restaurant, please note that this information can be found on our homepage and in all online tour operator websites and brochures. Also note that we provide the additional option of four other restaurants to choose from that serve all inclusive drinks during dinner.
