Dear Mona, Thank you for taking the time to share your comments and for choosing to stay with us for your holidays. We are sorry to hear that you were not pleased with all aspects of the hotel and that your expectations were not entirely met. Regarding your comments on the alcoholic beverages, we would like to bring to your attention that all ingredients in the cocktails and long drinks are used as per standard recipes and the spirits are in their original bottles fitted with a measured liquor pourer so watering down is not possible. The only watering down is due to the ice cubes melting. If any extra alcohol dose is needed it can be requested at the bar. We are sorry to hear that you were not happy with the food. We believe that we provide good quality and a wide variety of food to choose from, offering something to satisfy everybody’s taste. We apologize if you felt that service lacked regarding the housekeeping services and for not attending to the issues you mentioned in good time. Please note that extra cleaning of the room and fresh towels and fresh linen can be requested on a daily basis. Regarding your room we hope that you contacted some member of staff, as we do offer room changes upon availability, thus giving us the opportunity to address any issue and make your stay more enjoyable.
