Die Anlage selber ist das einzige was 5 Sterne würdig sein könnte. Der Service ist in allen Bereichen sehr schlecht, zum Teil sogar arrogant. Man bekommt kaum Informationen, alles muss man selber herausfinden. Das Gäste befinden wird komplett ignoriert und sogar belächelt bei Beschwerde mit eure Bewertung interessiert uns nicht.
- Nur fettgetränktes Essen - Kaum ausgeschildert, man weiß zum Teil nicht was man isst (gefährlich für Allergiker)

We apologize if you feel like service was not up to standard at any point but please have on mind that some staff members like the maintenance, the housekeeping the gardeners they do not speak English very well and that is why we always encourage our guests to contact Reception of the Guest Relations Office for any information or assistance. Please be advised that in the hotel there is a procedure for allergies and the guests are advised to contact our guest relations upon arrival and we will give further instructions regarding what and where to eat and we will also inform the restaurants about the allergies. We are also trying to label the food on the buffet and we always suggest to the guests to speak with the supervisor of each restaurant for any questions as they are in close communication with our chef. Please note in regards to the location of the hotel that it is stated in the description that it is situated 10km from the closest village. At the same time, the hotel offers local bus rides from the main entrance of the hotel two times a week to Kos Town.
