Dear Achim1860, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are sorry to hear that the food at the Main Restaurant was not to your satisfaction. In regards to the food temperature not being hot enough, we follow and enforce the HACCP regulations and ensure that the food served at the buffet is at the recommended temperature. The buffet keeps the food warm with a bain-marie in order to heat the food gently from underneath, but not to keep on cooking it after it has been delivered.
