Die Anlage ist sehr weitläufig und hat viel Potential. Leider sind die Restaurants nicht besonders einladend (dreckiger Boden - rutschgefahr!), Mitarbeiter bemüht aber zu wenige usw. Die Speisen vielfältig und schmackhaft jedoch nur lauwarm. WLAN hat sehr oft nicht verfügbar und ACHTUNG: um die Verfügbarkeit zu bekommen, müßte man das Hotel bewerten. Unsere Bewertung war zum Teil negativ und zu unserer Überraschung hat das Management diese angeblich anonyme Meinung unserem Zimmer zugeordnet und uns zum Gespräch eingeladen indem jemand uns eine Einladungskarte im Zimmer hinterlassen hat statt diese durch die Tür zu schieben. Inakzeptabel!! Kein Datenschutz und Verletzungen der Privatsphäre. Es ist das schlechteste 5 Sterne Hotel den wir bis jetzt hatten.
