Tolle Anlage, Zimmer mit direktem Poolzugang Topp! Wege in der Anlage extrem weit!!! (Man kann jedoch Fahrservice mit Golfcars nutzen) Wirklich NICHTS rund um die Anlage. Minimarkt nutzt die Monopolstellung gnadenlos aus. Essen entspricht keinesfalls dem 5 Sterne Anspruch der Anlage. Getränke teilweise nicht genießbar (Orangensaft beim Frühstück). Ohne Englischkenntnisse ist man verloren. Viele asiatische Mitarbeiter, die nicht einmal gut englisch sprechen. Essen oft nicht warm. Keinerlei Nachfrage, wie der Aufenthalt war beim Checkout. Für die Kategorie ein No Go.

We believe that among the 5 restaurants we provide a good quality and a wide variety of food to choose from, offering something to satisfy everybody’s taste. We hope you had the opportunity to try the full selection of our restaurants in order to add more variety to your meals. In regards to the food temperature not being hot enough we would like to inform you that we follow and enforce the HACCP regulations and ensure that the food served at the buffet is at the recommended temperature. Kindly be advised that the buffet keeps the food warm with a bain-marie in order to heat the food gently from underneath, but not to keep on cooking it after it has been delivered. Also, the food is replenished regularly in order to serve it warm. Regarding the quality of the drinks, please note in regards to our all inclusive drinks that all cocktails include famous brands and are selected after careful consideration in order to cover all tastes. We take customer feedback very seriously and we have forwarded some of your comments to the relevant departments for consideration.
