Die Pools sind leider viel zu kalt. Selbst der Babypool war so kalt, dass man ihn als Erwachsener nicht nutzen möchte. Der Babypool war sogar kälter als der normale Pool, sehr schade. Das Essen in den Buffets war leider nicht gut. Man findet zwar immer irgendwas, was satt macht aber vieles ist einfach richtig schlechte Qualität gewesen. Die Pizza war das einzige was kontinuierlich gut war. Sonst eine schöne und moderne Anlage. Die Kellner sprechen wenn überhaupt nur englisch.

Dear Familienurlaub, Thank you for sharing your thoughts on your stay with us. In regards to the pool temperature, we would like to bring to your attention that this always depends on the weather. The temperature of the water is usually 3-5 degrees lower than the air temperature at the time. However, there is an indoor heated pool in the Gym building with Family and Adults Only hours. In regards to the food we are sorry to hear you were not satisfied. We hope you had the opportunity to try the full selection of our restaurants in order to add more variety to your meals. We believe that we offer good quality and something to satisfy everybody’s taste and we are sorry to hear that you this was not to your satisfaction.
