Das Hotel ist eine große Anlage mit vielen Möglichkeiten, jeder sollte aber wissen, dass es dort viele Kinder gibt. Trotzdem kann hier auch jeder Ruhe finden, wenn er diese sucht. Das Hotel solle vielleicht einen Shuttlebus einsetzen, dass die Gäste auch einmal irgendwo anders hinkommen können, dieses geht nur mit Taxi.
Die getrennten Betten haben uns gestört aber sonst waren die Zimmer okay
Das Essen war von der Auswahl okay, leider in vielen Fällen nicht heiß genug, am Platz angekommen, war es dann fast kalt
Es waren viele junge neue Kellner im Hotel, diese müssen noch etwas üben.
Die Fahrt vom Flughafen war nur 15 min. Die Ausflüge Kos exclusive und Nisyros sind sehr zu empfehlen

Das Animations-Team war gut und dank der großen Anlage hatte man immer viel zu laufen. Die Pools waren sehr sauber und richtig groß. Ein outdoor Fitnessraum ist auch vorhanden. Die Kellner im Theater sind besonders bemüht ( Nicos )

In regards to the food temperature not being hot enough please note that we enforce the HACCP regulations and ensure that the food served at the buffet is at the recommended temperature. Also, the food is replenished regularly in order to serve it warm. Please note in regards to the location of the hotel that it is stated in the description that it is situated 10km from the closest village. At the same time, the hotel offers local bus rides from the main entrance of the hotel two times a week to Kos town. There is also a rental car office on site and taxis can be arranged at Reception.
