Heruntergekommener Hotel-"Bunker", unfreundliches und unmotiviertes Personal, überwiegend sehr alte Urlauber (erinnerte eher an ein Seniorenheim?)
Am Abreisetag Abholung durch Shuttle und Transfer vor "offiziellem" Start / Öffnung des Frühstücksraumes - Angebot des Personals: Kaffee im Pappbecher, NICHTS zu essen (obwohl Buffet bereits aufgebaut und an sich kein Problem, sich dort schnell Brötchen oder Croissant für Fahrt zum Flughafen zu holen) - Türen bleiben trotz Nachfrage geschlossen... Animationsprogramm eher als Alibi-Veranstaltung, Bingo und Musikquiz, keine Kinderbetreuung, teilweise gar keine Animation? Animations-Personal spricht nur spanisch und bruchstückhaft englisch...
