Nevertheless, It is disheartening to know that our establishment did not meet your expectations or for any inconveniences you encountered during your stay, and we would like to address the points you've raised properly. First of all, we would like to highlight that our hotel is indeed a historical one, however, it is impeccably well-maintained and beautifully designed to meet the 5-star expectations of our guests. We also regret for any discomfort you experienced on the beach concerning the massage and drinks vendors. Please be aware that the beach opposite the hotel is public and not owned by the hotel. However, we offer a private area with complimentary sunbeds and umbrellas for you to enjoy throughout your stay. Most importantly, our all-inclusive services do not extend to beachside drink service, though you are welcome to take beverages from the bars to the beach.
