Dieses Hotel hat keine 5 Sterne verdient. Alle Mitarbeiter sollten auf Service geschult werden. Wenn man früh ankommt muss man erst mal das Frühstück bezahlen - obwohl das eigentlich inbegriffen sein sollte. Kaution 500 Dh muss man auch gleich bezahlen. Beim Frühstück wird sehr selten Kaffe angeboten. Beim Checkout bekommt man ein Frühstück auf das man freiwillig verzichtet.
Das Essen ist nicht wie bei einem 5 Sterne Hotel.
Man kann fast nichts zu Fuß erreichen. Taxifahrer kennen dieses Hotel nicht. Ausflüge waren super haben das allerdings online gebucht.
