Gutes Konzept aber schlechte Umsetzung. Potenzial für 5 Sterne wäre vorhanden. Sauberkeit und Service hat definitves Verbesserungspotenzial
Gross genug aber schlechte Verarbeitung. Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. An unserem letzten Tag wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt, aber das Trinkgeld wurde mitgekommen . Es gab weder von der Rezeption noch vom Housekeeping eine Entschuldigung.
Könnte abwechslungsreicher und heisser sein. An Heiligabend hätten wir uns Menü gewünscht.
