Dieses Hotel entspricht unserer Meinung überhaupt nicht einem fünf Sterne Hotel. Service war sehr schlecht. Der Großteil des Personals ist unfreundlich und nur genervt. Auf Wünsche des Gastes wurde überhaupt nicht rücksicht genommen.
ein sehr sperrliches Frühstücksbuffet. Kaum Auswahl an Brot, zwei Sorten Tee, sehr schlechter Kaffee und überhaupt keine Abwechslung.
Der Service entspricht absolut nicht einem fünf Sterne Hotel. Auf Probleme und Fragen wurde so gut wie gar nicht eingegangen.
