Neues Hotel mit vielen Schwachstellen! Wundervoll der Ausblick auf Häusermeer mit Burj Kalifa ! ABER - das war es schon ! Personal nicht geschult, daher überfordert und unmotiviert! Speisen miserabel, Obst halbreif. Warmspeisen grundsätzlich nur lauwarm !!!!!! Morgenkaffee ein Witz ! Wenn man sich nicht selber hilft, muss man elende Wartezeiten in Kauf nehmen. Schade ! Bei einem üblichen Service hätte Hotel eine gute Benotung verdient
