Dear Gabi, Thank you very much for your short but excellent review about the Mitsis Family Village after your recent visit. We are all very happy to hear that you had such an enjoyable time here with us and that you enjoyed the location of our hotel, the rooms and the big selection of the freshly prepared food in our restaurant. I am sorry to hear about the temperature of the water in the swimming pools but it must be the time of the year that does it as i am sure back in July and August all our guests love diving in the pools in order to cool down from the heat.
