Das Hotel liegt ca 10 Fahrtminuten mit dem Bus außerhalb von Kardamena.. Es gehört zur Mitsis Hotelgruppe die auf dem Gelände mehrere Hotelkomplexe betreibt. Das Family Resort liegt sehr steil am Berg. Die Anbindung an den Strand ist durch den sogenannten „Beach Hopper“ der halbstündlich fährt gut gelöst. Für 1 Woche strandurlaub bestens geeignet.
