Aus der SchweizGrundsätzlich gutes preis-leistungsverhältnis, Genug pools für kinder Was sehr schade ist ab 8:00 uhr morgens öffnet der pool und alle liegestühle sind dann sofort besetzt/reserviert!!! Wenn man einen liegenstuhl möchte muss man früh aufstehen.. schade vom hotel das es viel zu wenig liegestühle hat. Dann hat es rutschbahnen welche wirklich für babys sind aber unser kind 3 jahre durfte nicht rutschen er ist für sein alter eher klein 95cm und die rutschbahnen waren ab 1meter aber als mein sohn an den massstab stand da sah es nicht aus wie nur 5 cm fehlten.. es sah so aus wie es eher 1.10/1.15m der massstab war und das traurige ist es sind wirklich baby rutschbahnen und er durfte nicht mal mit einem elternteil rutschen.. dann soll man seinem 3 jährigen kind sagen er darf nicht rutschen… wir hätten es verstanden wenn zumindest mit einem elternteil er rutschen konnte.. es gibt kinder die für das alter eher kleiner sind und dann ist es nicht fair.. Das essen war leider nicht gut. Das personal/service war gut Wenn man ein zimmer hat im 7 stock hat oder unter dem restaurant das im 8 stock ist, dann ist es morgens sehr früeh extrem laut da man immer die stühle hört. Der lärm von den flugzeugen hat und nicht gestört.

We have ample sun loungers available throughout resort facilities (an average of +70 free loungers available). Due to enormous demand, the family pool and kids pool have a limited number of sun loungers; however, this is based on guest preference and remains subject to availability. To ensure that our guests have the most satisfying experience, our dedicated housekeeping team on each floor and public area, our culinary & service team at each outlet, and our guest relations with duty managers at the lobby are always on hand to assist with any special concerns/requests. Every restaurant's culinary team takes pleasure in ensuring our guests have a customized experience. It is saddened to know you did not have the opportunity to meet with them.
