Our main objective is always for guests to leave the resort with pleasant and cherished memories of their stay. Kindly affirm that we always pay attention to our guests’ feedback. We have ample space with sun loungers available throughout resort facilities (an average of +70 free loungers available). Due to enormous demand, guests can get certain sun loungers by the pool as per their preferences if it's available only. Our Towel counter opens at 08:00hrs & No one gets any sit before that hour. In regards to price, we regularly benchmark our prices against the other hotels to ensure a fair price for our guests. In this case, your opinion is highly respectable. Rest assured that your comments on food have been personally shared with our food & beverage in-charge and executive chef. Our culinary & service team is constantly working to improve.
