Dear Mr. Daniel, Thank you for sharing your recent stay with us. We were disappointed to hear that it was not a good experience for you & that correct information was not passed on to you upon making your reservation. We are happy to hear that you appreciated our spacious and clean villas in nature. Thank you. Unfortunately, seaweeds are inevitable during this season, however our team do their utmost to keep the beach clean by cleaning few times during the day. And if we may add only our boat are docked at our jetty and it does not block the beautiful views of the marine park. As for the all-inclusive package we do advertise in full detailed on our website as well as with our partners. In terms of spirits & cocktails, our famous Takamaka local rums are included, so as to give it a true Creole experience. Alcoholic beverages such as wines & beers, are served from 11H00 onwards but we do set a time frame for cocktails & spirits, that is from late afternoon until the close down of the restaurant. Lunch is A La Carte, with a choice of a starter, a main course & a dessert per person per day. And it is important to note that all our service staff members are fluent in English as this is a recruitment requirement. Once again, we do apologize for the inconvenience as there seemed to have been some miscommunications prior to you booking the package.
