Der Umgang des Managements mit den Reisenden von FTI war nicht in Ordnung. Auch wenn wir nicht betroffen waren, haben diese Erlebnisse die Urlaubsfreude getrübt. Unter diesem Management ist das Hotel nicht zu empfehlen!

Dear Valued Guest, First of all we would like to thank you for the time you spent to leave a feedback. On behalf of the hotel management we would like to express our sincerest apologies for any inconveniences you might experience during your stay with us. Since we are considering each guest comment seriously, we would like to clarify the situation you have described. The company FTI have officially informed the hotel that they will not forward the money for the guests’ accommodation due to company collapse, and the hotel supposed to take the payment from the guests upon check-in and from in-house guests (while already payed to FTI money the guests will receive through DRSF insurance once they be back to Germany). Due to this reason, the guests have been notified on Reception that payment is required and the full situation was explained to guests as well. As the hotel management we were doing our best to help the guests in this situation. Once again, we would like to apologize for any inconveniences, and wishing to give us the chance to host your good self again in our hotel.
