Whilst we appreciate the time and the effort you took in reviewing your stay, it is clear that you were not satisfied with the experience. We would like to assure you that what you faced in terms of room cleanliness was by no means part of our standards. It was surely an incident that was overlooked by our team. We do regret about it and we have taken some measures to avoid such issues to reoccur. As for the hotel description, we do provide ironing facilities upon request, the same as kind size bed which can be requested during the booking process. With regards to the Jacuzzi, none of our rooms has this facility. We would be grateful if you could share on the hotel’s email where exactly you have crossed with the wrong hotel description. Whilst we always strive to have the information 100% accurate, we may have missed something by mistake. Your input would help us correcting any information. From August 2015, our rooftop temperature controlled swimming pool and Jacuzzi will be operating daily from 9am until 10pm, while sauna and steam bath from 8am until 11pm.
