Gute 3 Sterne, kein 4 Sterne Hotel. Für kurzen Städtetrip ok, für 14 Tage zu wenig Abwechslung im Speisenangebot. Frühstück vielfältig. Nur 200m zur Metro=super, Personal sehr nett und bemüht.
Badewanne mit Spritzschutz-Scheibe und undichter Gummidichtung d.h. Wasser läuft auf Fussboden. Super Bett. 1TV Kanal auf deutsch=Juwelo-Verkaufssender (keine Nachrichten) Pflege Produkte wurden täglich aufgefüllt.
Bei geringer Belegung mit HP nur Menü anstelle Buffet, d.h. Auswahl von 2 Speisen: Suppe od. Salat, Spaghetti od.Fisch/Gulasch mit wenig Beilagen, 1 St. Torte od. Obstsalat, m. Tee /Kaffee. Buffet war besser, aber nur 2 Auswahlmöglichkeiten von Fisch /Fleisch, täglich Ital Nudeln.

Anfahrt Transferbus vom neuen Flughafen ca 45 Min. Strassenlärm hörbar. Supermarkt nebenan, Apotheke ebenfalls. Nur 200 m zur Metro, sehr kurze Fahrintervalle

We are pleased to know that you were, overall, satisfied with your stay. Regarding your concerns, we need to highlight the following points: Food & Beverage menu, we have a selection of approximately 75 local, regional and international dishes ranging from soups, salads, sandwiches, main courses, to pizzas, pastas and desserts. All available in our main restaurant and through room service (24 hour). We are constantly reviewing our guests comments and will continue on improving further our choices and quality as we are keen to satisfy the palates of the maximum number of our guests. We also took note on your constructive comment on the water leaking which is shared by our maintenance department for their immediate fix. However, we have to disagree with the comment that the hotel is more of a 3 star. The local authorities are very strict in their classification and under no circumstances, they will approve a 4 star rating unless the hotel is 100% audited and approved as a fine 4 star. The size of the rooms (ranging between 32 and 42 sqm) and the facilities offered in the hotel make the property and superior 4 star by all counts and above all by the experience shared by the vast majority of our customers.
