Zimmer sind ok. Leider war das 3. Bett bei unserer Ankunft noch nicht aufgestellt u vorbereitet; die WC-Spülung war auch öfter defekt, was jetzt nicht dramatisch war. Frühstücks-Buffet war wenig reichhaltig. Das Personal war immer äusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Whilst we are glad to know that you had enjoyed your overall stay with us at the hotel, we are however sorry to note your constructive comments on the bed preparation and toilet flush which has been shared with the respective Directors to ensure that the necessary corrective measures are taken accordingly to avoid similar reoccurrence. As for he buffet breakfast, we offer a wide variety of over 50 local, regional and international dishes including hot meals served a la minute according to your order. Having said that, we are currently reviewing all items and new dishes will be added.
