Dear Oswald, Let us thank you for choosing us to spend your holidays and for taking the time to post your feedback. We are delightful to know that certain elements of your stay were to your satisfaction, such as the immaculate cleanliness of the hotel, the location and service. We are also very happy to hear that our Guest Relations Team got an immediate action and offered a room change with a bigger size despite the fact that your reservation was clearly stating the size of the room and its facilities. We are sorry to hear that we didn't manage to reach your expectations regarding our beach area, despite it being awarded with a blue flag for its clean water. Please be advised that the reservation of the sunbeds is restricted by our policy. All of our guests are informed from their moment of arrival and from the signs in both pools. Also, there are plenty of sunbeds for everyone and we would be more than willing to help you find one if you let us know.
